Alan R. Horvath, Attorney at Law
Legal Advice Is what is given by an attorney to a client in a confidential attorney client relationship in which the
attorney is professionally liable for the appropriateness of the advice given.

When you pay for a trust, you are not paying for words, they are free.  You can steal a sample trust from the
Internet.  When you pay an attorney to produce a trust for you, you are paying for his or her time and expertise.
You are paying for the time it will take for that attorney to clearly understand you situation, clearly explain to you the
alternatives, and together with you create documents that are best suited to your particular situation.

If you do not think you need this, then as I have already stated, the words are free.

However, every competent attorney would have to advise you that you are making a serious mistake trying to
practice law without a lawyer.
