My Practice

My practice is limited to estate planning, elder rights, and intergenerational family legal issues of adults.  I do both transactional work, and litigation if it is with regard to the above areas of law. I charge $125 an hour. My charges do not begin until we have both agreed that we intend to work together. I will not take on a case unless I have the time currently to complete the necessary work expeditiously. I will make house calls if necessary for the client.   I do not provide any consultation except in face to face meetings. Please call for an appointment.
