Alan R. Horvath, Attorney at Law

For a good attorney to produce you a quality estate plan, he or she needs to understand you, your situation and your
goals and objectives. Body language conveys a lot. This is more important with a couple than with a single person, but it
is never irrelevant.
If you are shopping for an estate plan, the question you need to ask yourself is how complex is your situation and how
open are you in your verbal communications. The second question you have to ask is whether the attorney you are
talking to will understand your life style. You need to feel comfortable that you can convey your situation verbally without
visual cues, or you need to go to the attorney for your consultation.
I work daily with people in a rural county. Some of them are pretty well off, and some of them are struggling. But they all
have in common a sense of the land. I have lived much of my life in the Bay Area. I understand the suburbs.
If you are interested in an Estate Plan under California law, and feel I can relate to you, I would be pleased to work with you
either in person or by phone.
