Testamentary Trust - A testamentary trust is one that is created by a will. It does not come in to being until your
death, but the drafting will all need to be done in advance just as if it were a living trust.
Pour Over Will - Most estate plans that rely primarily on a trust still have a very simple will that goes along with it.
The purpose of the pour over will is to take care of anything that was either purposely or mistakenly left out of the
trust. The will usually says little more than that you leave everything not already in the trust, to the trust.
