Alan R. Horvath, Attorney at Law
The alternative would be a Do-It-Yourself Estate Plan.  Every competent attorney would have to advise that
you would be making a serious mistake to try that.

What you need is good
Legal Advice.  Legal Advice is what is given by an attorney to a client in a
confidential attorney client relationship in which the attorney is professionally liable for the appropriateness
of the advice given.

When you pay for a trust, you are not paying for words, they are free.  You can steal a sample trust from the
Internet.  When you pay an attorney to produce a trust for you, you are paying for his or her time and
expertise.  You are paying for the time it will take for that attorney to clearly understand your situation,
clearly explain to you the alternatives, and together with you create documents that are best suited to your
particular situation.
If your concern is being able to find an attorney you can work with, See "Hiring an Attorney".
