My goal is to be a caring, listening, and empathetic legal resource
for clients with either estate planning or elder law issues. My belief
is that careful legal planning can help minimize family disharmony. I
therefore prefer to provide legal assistance at the planning stages.
However, I am also willing to go to battle in court for a client if that is
the appropriate action.
